Blend : Champagne obtenu par l’assemblage traditionnel de Chardonnay (31%), de Pinot Noir (22%) de Meunier (11%) issus de la récolte 2023, mais aussi de vin provenant de la vinification des raisins issus des cépages anciens cultivés par la Maison (Arbane, Petit Meslier, Pinot Blanc et Pinot Gris, à hauteur de 12%) eux aussi récoltés en 2023. Les 24 % restants proviennent de vins de réserve construits comme une solera. Fermentation malolactique effectuée, élevage sur lattes 18 mois minimum.

Taste notes : The wine is lightly dosed, expressing all the natural freshness of the grapes. The nose offers fruity notes of white peach and raspberry. On the palate, the roundness and aromas of the Meunier grape coat a structure that remains firm and invigorating. Long and square, this is a wine with a strong personality.
